
The West Virginia Mountaineers football team has secured a commitment from a kicker from Coastal Carolina.
Hensley, who stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 190 pounds, spent four seasons with the Chanticleers. He redshirted during his first year before stepping into the starting kicker role as a redshirt freshman.
Throughout his career, Kade Hensley has successfully made 34 of 43 field goals, with a long of 49 yards achieved in two different seasons. Additionally, he has scored 117 points off extra points.
A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, Hensley entered the transfer portal on April 17 and later confirmed his commitment to West Virginia via social media.
Hensley has one year of eligibility left in his collegiate career.
