BREAKING: Indiana Hoosiers beat prominent programs to land physically gifted player

The Indiana Hoosiers secured a commitment from defensive tackle  for the class of 2026 on Thursday. White, a three-star recruit from Concordia Prep in Towson, MD, selected Indiana over offers from schools like Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Minnesota, Georgia Tech, and others. He was considered one of the top defensive line targets.

White had an impressive junior season, earning a spot on the Baltimore Touchdown Club Super 22. He plays both defensive tackle positions, using his high motor and strong hands to disrupt the offense. White also has the ability to chase down ball carriers in the backfield. A powerful and explosive DT prospect, he’s someone Coach Pat Kuntz will look to develop further. Recently, IU has been focusing on recruits from Virginia, Tennessee, and Maryland, and White is the latest addition to that group.

With this commitment, White becomes the third recruit in the Hoosiers’ 2026 high school recruiting class.
