In March, South Carolina forward Nick Pringle entered the transfer portal after spending just one season with the Gamecocks. Now, the 6-foot-10 forward has revealed where he plans to use what is expected to be his final year of NCAA eligibility.
Pringle has committed to join John Calipari and the Arkansas Razorbacks. After a season averaging 10 points and six rebounds per game, he aims to bring his physicality, athleticism, and interior presence to a Razorbacks team that already showcased strength in the paint last season. Arkansas narrowly missed a trip to the Elite Eight, falling to Texas Tech in a close game.

Pringle is one of eight South Carolina players to hit the transfer portal. Although the Gamecocks have brought in forwards Elijah Strong and Christ Essandoko, Pringle’s exit—alongside Collin Murray-Broyles’ declaration for the NBA Draft—leaves a significant void in their frontcourt depth.
