OU softball has added a standout freshman to its already elite pitching staff for the upcoming season. The right-handed pitcher
announced on Tuesday that she will transfer to OU after a stellar freshman campaign at Ole Miss.
In her one season with the Rebels, she earned Freshman All-American honors, playing a key role in helping Ole Miss reach its first-ever Women’s College World Series. She posted a 14-11 record with a 3.65 ERA and made history with a program-record 19 strikeouts in a single game against Southern Miss. In total, she struck out 160 batters in 136 innings.

With this addition, OU head coach Patty Gasso may have a clearer vision of what her pitching rotation could look like for the 2026 season, further solidifying the team’s already impressive pitching depth.
Earlier this transfer cycle, the Sooners picked up LSU transfer Sydney Berzon, a two-time All-American who is expected to be the Sooners’ ace next season.
Along with the two stellar SEC transfers, the Sooners are also bringing in incoming freshmen arms Allyssa Parker, Berkeley Zache and Sophia Bordi.
