West Virginia University (WVU) football has secured its second commitment for the 2026 recruiting class, adding wide receiver from American Heritage High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Standing at 5-foot-10 and weighing 160 pounds, had an impressive junior season, recording 34 receptions for 505 yards and five touchdowns. He chose WVU over offers from several programs, including Florida Atlantic, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami (FL), Michigan, UCF, Washington, and Wisconsin

Jean-Noel’s commitment follows that of quarterback Brodie McWhorter, a four-star recruit from Cass High School in Cartersville, Georgia. McWhorter, who stands 6-foot-2 and weighs 195 pounds, announced his commitment to WVU on June 24, 2024. He had previously received offers from numerous programs, including Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Oregon, and more. McWhorter is rated as the No. 23 quarterback nationally in the 2026 class by 247Sports
These additions bolster WVU’s 2026 recruiting class, which now includes two commitments: Jean-Noel and McWhorter. The Mountaineers are expected to continue their recruitment efforts as they build a strong foundation for the future.
