Lewis’ commitment comes on the heels of a strong senior season where he helped lead his high school team to the state playoffs. Scouts have praised his route running and his ability to turn short throws into big gains, which should make him a versatile weapon in the Cougars’ offense.

For Lewis, the decision to commit to WSU was about more than just football. “I felt a strong connection with the coaching staff and the program’s values,” Lewis shared. “The atmosphere at Washington State is incredible, and I’m excited to join a team with such a rich tradition of success. Hudson Lewis is expected to join the team for the 2026 season, where he will compete for a spot in the wide receiver rotation and bring his talent to the Pac-12 stage. Fans of the Cougars are eager to see how this new addition will impact the team in the coming years.
