The University of Pittsburgh has secured a major addition to its basketball roster with the commitment of former Iowa State guard. The 6-foot-6 wing, who transferred from Iowa State, will bring his talents to Pittsburgh after a solid career with the Cyclones.
Indrusaitis, a Lithuanian native, showed promise during his time at Iowa State, contributing both offensively and defensively. Known for his sharp shooting and defensive versatility, he is expected to help bolster Pitt’s wing depth for the upcoming season.
Pitt head coach Jeff Capel expressed excitement about the addition of Indrusaitis, praising his skill set and potential impact on the team. “Nojus is a versatile player who can contribute in a variety of ways. His shooting, basketball IQ, and defensive prowess will be valuable assets as we continue to build a competitive team.”

Indrusaitis, who played in a number of key games for the Cyclones, is looking forward to the next chapter of his collegiate career. “I’m excited for the opportunity at Pitt and ready to help the team compete at the highest level,” he said in a statement.
The addition of Indrusaitis provides a boost to Pitt’s roster as they prepare for the upcoming season, and his decision is seen as a major win for Capel’s program as they look to continue building momentum in the competitive ACC.
