The Georgia Bulldogs are among the leading schools for the highly-rated 2026 dual-threat quarterback recruit, Legend Bey. Ranked as a three-star recruit, Bey is classified as an athlete, so his exact position at the next level remains uncertain. However, given his size and speed, it’s likely that he will play a skill position.
Bey’s top 10 schools include Georgia, Texas A&M, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Oregon, Boston College, Ohio State, Duke, and Texas Tech. 247Sports predicts that Bey, known for his speed, will commit to Texas A&M.
Bey’s high school performance in 2024 highlights his rushing ability over his passing skills. As a junior, he rushed for 1,912 yards and threw for 1,444 yards, recording 41 total touchdowns.

Standing at 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds, Bey is known for his impressive speed and strong deep passing abilities. He could become Georgia’s first true dual-threat starting quarterback under Kirby Smart.
Bey plays for North Forney High School in Forney, Texas, and also participates in track, where he has posted a 10.7-second time in the 100-meter dash, showcasing his explosiveness.
Ranked as a three-star athlete and the No. 771 recruit nationally, Bey is also the No. 109 recruit in Texas and the No. 46 athlete in the country, according to 247Sports.
Currently, Georgia has not secured a quarterback commitment for the 2026 class, but the Bulldogs are pursuing five-star passer Jared Curtis, who has included Georgia in his top two schools.
