A three-time Super Bowl champion, who was once a teammate of Josh Allen on the Buffalo Bills, revealed his desire to return to play for the Denver Broncos in the 2025 NFL season.
The offseason has brought several moves across the league, and a former Buffalo Bills player, who shared the field with Josh Allen, has expressed interest in returning to his former team, the Denver Broncos, where he previously won a Super Bowl.
Some moments are hard to let go of, even when one is open to exploring new opportunities. While playing alongside a league MVP like Allen is a remarkable experience, the temptation of returning to a past glory is strong.
This is the case for two-time Super Bowl champion Von Miller, who is now a free agent after spending three seasons with the Buffalo Bills. At 35 years old, the seasoned linebacker and defensive end has made his intentions clear for the 2025 season.

“I’ve always loved blue and orange, you just have to see. It’s a fun time right now for me and my career. You just have to wait and see,” Miller shared in an interview on the Up and Adams Show about his future in the NFL after playing alongside Allen in Buffalo.
Miller, who won Super Bowl 50 with the Broncos in the 2015 season, was also named MVP of the game after Denver defeated the Carolina Panthers 24-10. He later won another Super Bowl in 2021 with the Los Angeles Rams.
In 2022, Miller joined the Bills but was released by the team in mid-March to create salary cap space, as his $17.1 million base salary accounted for 8.5% of the team’s cap. His role in the upcoming season is expected to be more rotational, with his last start occurring in 2022.
Now in a transitional phase of his career, Miller is considering his options for next season, and his comments suggest a strong desire to return to the Broncos, where he spent 10 seasons.
