The visit to Alabama is expected to take place for the weekend of June 6 as Cooper continues to weigh his options before making a final decision on where to play college football. Alabama, known for its powerhouse football program and consistent success, has long been a major contender in recruiting top-tier talent.
His announcement is significant in the context of his recruitment, with several other powerhouse programs vying for his commitment. Florida, Georgia, and Ohio State have also shown strong interest in the five-star running back. However, Alabama’s storied history and recent championship success make the Crimson Tide one of the favorites to land the dynamic playmaker.
At 6’1” and 215 pounds, Cooper combines a rare blend of speed, strength, and vision that makes him a difficult player to contain. The 6-foot-1, 200-pounder is an explosive running back, who holds a PR of 10.7 in the 100-meter dash. He flashes an ability to be dynamic in the run and pass game.
