Another highly ranked four-star wide receiver is set make big announcement that will excite fans.

Standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing 165 pounds, he hails from Oscar Smith High School in Chesapeake, Virginia. He is ranked as the No. 128 overall player and No. 17 wide receiver in the 2026 class, according to the 247Sports Composite, and is considered the No. 3 prospect in Virginia. 247Sports has him ranked as the No. 148 overall player and No. 17 wide receiver.

Along with his offer from South Carolina, which he received on May 8, Johnson has also received offers from several other top programs, including Auburn, Florida, Michigan, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Virginia Tech.

In an interview with TheBigSpur after landing an offer from South Carolina, Johnson detailed what he is looking for in the school of his choice.

“I’m looking for a great atmosphere,” he said. “Great academics because there is life after football and welcoming coaches.”

On Wednesday morning, four-star wide receiver Gordon Sellars revealed that he will be making an official visit to South Carolina the weekend of June 6-8. Sellars, alongside fellow four-star wide receiver Ryan Mosley, attended South Carolina’s junior day this past Saturday.

In the 2025 recruiting class, South Carolina signed six wide receivers in Malik Clark, Donovan Murph, Jordon Gidron, Lex Cyrus, Jayden Sellers and Brian Rowe.
