Jalen Hale has returned to practice with the Alabama football team after missing the entire 2024 regular season due to a knee injury.
On Friday, Hale was seen running routes while wearing a black brace on his left knee and a no-contact jersey. His return has been a morale booster for the Alabama program, with offensive coordinator Nick Sheridan praising his resilience.
“It’s just been great to have him back out there,” Sheridan said. “Everything that he’s been through, the perseverance, the grit, the toughness, the kid loves football. He’s had a big smile on his face, and his presence has just uplifted everybody around him. We’re just thankful that he’s back.”
Hale, who suffered a significant knee injury last spring, had a promising start to his college career, recording five receptions for 148 yards as a freshman.
