BREAKING: Indiana Hoosiers confirm stunning news as another top super talent transfer to IU

another top talented player transfer from Appalachian State to Indiana for his senior season, as reported by 247 Sports’ Chris Hummer on X (formerly Twitter) Tuesday.

Standing 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds, he has accumulated 158 career receptions for 2,154 yards and 15 touchdowns over his three years in college football.

During the 2024 season at Appalachian State, he recorded 46 catches for 745 yards and five touchdowns. He also contributed on special teams, handling both kickoff and punt return duties.

Jackson began his college career at Saint Francis University, where he played alongside Indiana junior wide receiver Elijah Sarratt in 2022.

The Hoosiers will lose fifth-year senior wide receivers Myles Price and Ke’Shawn Williams, along with Miles Cross, due to eligibility expiration. However, they will return key players Elijah Sarratt, Omar Cooper Jr., and EJ Williams Jr.

In addition, Indiana recently secured a top transfer in quarterback Fernando Mendoza from Cal. Mendoza threw for 3,004 yards, 16 touchdowns, and only 6 interceptions last season, completing 68.7% of his passes. He will have two years of eligibility remaining.
