A third West Virginia offensive lineman has declared for the 2025 NFL Draft. Senior offensive tacklea Morgantown native, made the announcement on Thursday, joining Ja’Quay Hubbard and Brandon Yates, who were also part of this year’s starting line. It’s expected that another in-state player, consensus All-American and starting offensive tackle Wyatt Milum, will soon follow suit.
the talented player spent six years on the WVU roster, having joined as a walk-on in Neal Brown’s first recruiting class. Over the course of his career, he appeared in 53 games and started 18, playing a key role in a rushing attack that ranked among the Top 10 in power conferences in both 2023 and 2024, averaging 210 rushing yards per game over those two seasons.
A standout athlete at Morgantown High School, Malone earned letters in both football and basketball. He was also named an all-state football selection in his senior year.
