BREAKING: Texas Tech reportedly confirm the departure of another top talented player

Texas Tech transfer wide receiver  committed to Texas A&M.

A former five-star recruit, was ranked the No. 8 wide receiver and No. 26 overall player in ESPN’s transfer rankings. He will have three years of eligibility remaining with the Aggies.

Standing at 6 feet and weighing 195 pounds, the Temple, Texas native was the No. 22 recruit in the 2024 ESPN 300, making him the highest-ranked prospect to sign with the Red Raiders since ESPN started its rankings in 2006.

During his freshman season, he caught eight passes for 123 yards and made one start, playing behind Florida transfer Caleb Douglas. However, he missed the final four games of the season due to a stress fracture.

He will now join Noah Thomas and Terry Bussey as a key target in Texas A&M’s passing game in Year 2 under head coach Mike Elko. The Aggies had the No. 93 passing offense in FBS and underwent a midseason quarterback change, benching starter Conner Weigman in favor of Marcel Reed. Weigman transferred to Houston earlier this month.

Texas A&M finished 8-4 in Elko’s first season and will face USC in the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl on December 27 (10:30 p.m. ET, ESPN).
