BREAKING: Huge boost, Kansas State Wildcats beat Michigan State and other programs to land coveted football recruit

Chris Klieman and the Kansas State football team have achieved a significant win in their recruiting efforts. A  6-foot-5, 258-pound offensive lineman from Blue Valley Northwest, announced on social media Thursday that he will be joining the Wildcats. This commitment is a notable achievement for K-State, given the intense competition for Heath’s commitment. He chose K-State over several other programs, including Arkansas, Baylor, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Northwestern, Nebraska, Michigan State, Missouri, and others. Heath is rated as a four-star recruit by On3 and ESPN, and a three-star recruit by 247Sports and Rivals. On3 places him as the No. 7 recruit in Kansas and the No. 286 recruit nationally.

K-State has been making strides in recruiting the Kansas City area recently, including securing a commitment from three-star linebacker Maguire Richman from Blue Valley last week. With Brock Heath’s commitment, the Wildcats now have three in-state recruits for their 2025 class. This number might increase if five-star tight end Linkon Cure from Goodland chooses to join the team later this summer. Overall, K-State has received commitments from 11 prospects for the 2025 class, with Heath currently being the highest-rated recruit among them.
