A Saturday Night in Death Valley is one of the most electrifying atmospheres in sports, with LSU fans regularly filling nearly all 100,000+ seats at Tiger Stadium.
In 2024, expect no different, as LSU has already sold out its season ticket allotment of 71,250. According to Brett McMurphy, this marks the sixth time in nine years that LSU has surpassed the 70,000 season ticket mark.
Tiger Stadium, which holds 102,321 people and ranks as the seventh-largest stadium in the world, will feature a fresh look this year with an upgraded video board in the end zone.
In recent years, teams have been investing more in enhancing the stadium experience as they compete with the comfort of watching games on TV. LSU has largely kept pace, but the school continues to make improvements to Tiger Stadium.
This season will also see the debut of purple LED lights at the stadium. The LED lights trend has gained popularity in the SEC, with Alabama and Georgia leading the way, and now LSU is joining the party.
