Duke talented guard has officially committed to Indiana, making his decision just a few days after entering the transfer portal. The move marks a fresh start for the young guard, who is looking to carve out a bigger role at his new program.
During his two seasons at Duke, Harris struggled to secure consistent playing time in a highly competitive rotation. He appeared in 57 games but averaged just 8.4 minutes per outing, which limited his overall impact on the court. With such restricted opportunities, his statistical output remained modest, as he posted averages of 2.8 points, 0.9 rebounds, 0.4 assists, and 0.2 steals per game.

Despite those numbers, Harris still has significant potential and valuable experience from being part of a top-tier program. With two years of eligibility remaining, he now has the chance to reset and pursue a more prominent role where he can contribute more regularly and continue his development.
At Indiana, Harris will join a team looking to improve after a somewhat underwhelming season. The Hoosiers finished 10th in the Big Ten standings and ended the year with an 18–14 overall record. His arrival adds depth to the roster and gives him an opportunity to compete for increased minutes as the program aims to climb higher in the conference.
