Top talented player has committed to join Syracuse University’s basketball team in 2025, as announced by the university.
the top star had an impressive junior season, averaging 21.9 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game. Dominican finished with a 24-4 overall record and a 12-2 mark in the Metro Classic Conference, advancing to the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) Sectional 4 quarterfinals. During the season, Womack scored over 30 points four times and recorded 12 double-doubles. Notable performances included a 34-point, 19-rebound game against Pius XI Catholic and a 32-point, 16-rebound effort against Brookfield Academy. In the WIAA Sectionals, he tallied 27 points and 12 rebounds in a win over Carmen Northwest.
In the 2022-23 season, Dominican posted a 17-9 record, and Womack averaged 19.3 points and 7.2 rebounds per game, reaching double-digit points in 25 of 26 contests. During the WIAA postseason, he raised his performance, averaging 25.7 points and 13.0 rebounds per game, including a 26-point, 20-rebound game in a win over Carmen Northwest.
In his sophomore season (2021-22), Womack helped Dominican to a 21-6 record, averaging 16.6 points and 4.4 rebounds per game. He scored more than 20 points in eight games, including two 27-point outings in victories over West Allis Central and Nicolet.
By the end of his junior year, Womack had earned First Team All-Metro Classic Conference honors and accumulated 1,250 career points. He also played for the Wisconsin Playground AAU team on the Under Armour circuit.
Womack is part of Syracuse’s 2025 recruiting class, joining top-15 prospect Sadiq White Jr. and Luke Fennell.
