Currently, no additional information has been released about the accident, and it is uncertain whether Dalton will be able to play in Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos. The team is expected to provide updates as more details emerge.

At 36, Dalton has faced challenges since becoming the Panthers’ starting quarterback, holding a 1-4 record after taking over from rookie Bryce Young. Following the team’s recent 40-7 loss to the Washington Commanders, head coach Dave Canales confirmed that Dalton will continue as the starter for the upcoming game against the Broncos.
