BREAKING: ‘This Is Sad’ Purdue Boilermakers Fans Confirm Bad News

It appears that Purdue has fallen out of contention for five-star prospect, a talented player from Indiana. He had initially rescheduled his official visit to West Lafayette for this weekend but has since canceled the trip.

Kyle Neddenriep from The Indianapolis Star reported on Friday that Haralson will not be visiting Purdue and has also scrapped visits to Kansas and Missouri.

This fall, Haralson has visited Indiana, Michigan State, and Notre Dame, along with a previous trip to Auburn.

Earlier this week, Haralson told 247Sports that he was close to making a decision. He had hoped to gain clarity from his visit to Purdue, but it seems he is now focusing on fewer options.

“I feel like when I have that gut feeling, I’ll know,” Haralson said, according to 247Sports. “I’m nearing a decision, and I think it will happen soon, though I don’t have a specific date yet—likely shortly after my Purdue visit.”

While there’s no official confirmation, it seems that Indiana, Michigan State, and Notre Dame are currently the frontrunners for the La Lumiere standout.

Haralson is ranked as the 14th overall prospect in the 2025 recruiting class and is regarded as the top player from Indiana. The 6-foot-6 wing started his high school career at Fishers High School before transferring to La Lumiere in LaPorte.

In his freshman year, Haralson averaged 16.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game. He made significant strides in his sophomore year, boosting his averages to 23.1 points, 7.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.
