The Ravens have re-signed defensive tackle to their practice squad.
He originally joined the Ravens in May but was released during the final roster cuts in August.
He has appeared in 65 games over six seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, recording 86 tackles, six tackles for loss, five quarterback hits, and two sacks. Last year, he played in 14 games, tallying 29 tackles and starting once in Cincinnati’s defensive line rotation.
Baltimore’s defensive line has been affected by injuries, with defensive end Brent Urban (concussion) and defensive tackle Michael Pierce (calf) leaving during the first half of Sunday’s 29-24 loss to the Cleveland Browns and not returning. Additionally, defensive tackle Travis Jones (ankle) was limited in practice last week and played only 15 snaps.
With the Ravens missing key players against Cleveland, defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike logged a career-high 86% of the defensive snaps, while Broderick Washington played a season-high 61%.
