BREAKING: Memphis Grizzlies reportedly confirm the signing of 23-year-old talented player

After a successful preseason,  talented guard  sign a two-way NBA contract with the Memphis Grizzlies, according to an ESPN report . The 23-year-old from Japan averaged 3.4 points and 4.2 assists in 15.1 minutes per game across five preseason games, hitting 4 of 16 from beyond the arc.

 

 

Kawamura, a member of Japan’s national team who competed in the Paris Olympics, spent the last four seasons with the Yokohama B-Corsairs in Japan, where he was named B.League MVP in 2023. Standing at 5-foot-8, he will be the shortest player in the NBA and just the ninth player at that height or shorter since the ABA-NBA merger in 1976, according to the report.
