BREAKING: This is so Disappointing!! Phillies Fans Confirm More Bad news

The Philadelphia Phillies are still uncertain about their NLDS opponent (either the New York Mets or Milwaukee Brewers), but they do have the start times for some of the games.

On Tuesday night, the official start times for Games 1 and 2 of the NLDS were announced, and Phillies fans are likely to be disappointed with both.

Game 1 is scheduled for 4:08 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 5, at Citizens Bank Park, with Zack Wheeler, a Cy Young contender, expected to pitch. He had a strong season, finishing 16-7 with a 2.57 ERA.

Game 2 is also set for 4:08 p.m. ET on Sunday, Oct. 6, where Aaron Nola is likely to start after posting a 14-8 record and a 3.57 ERA this season.

Neither game is scheduled for primetime, which is disappointing for Phillies fans, especially with college football and NFL games dominating the weekend.

Fortunately, the Philadelphia Eagles are off this week, so fans won’t have to choose between teams. The Eagles will return next Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. With the Phillies playing on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, fans will need to plan their weekends carefully; a win would allow for evening celebrations, while losing both could make for a tough Monday morning.
