Huge Blow: Houston Astros Confirmed More Bad news As only six games remaining in Major League Baseball’s regular season

With just six games left in the MLB regular season, the Houston Astros could secure the American League West division title with a single win in their next three matchups against the Seattle Mariners.

However, they might have to achieve this without one of their top players, Yordan Alvarez, who left Sunday’s game against the Angels due to a potential knee injury. The severity of the injury is still unknown, and it’s uncertain how long he might be sidelined.

On a different note, the Houston Texans suffered their first loss of the NFL season to the Minnesota Vikings, putting in a dismal performance that resulted in only one touchdown during a 34-7 defeat.

Amid a barrage of penalties, an ineffective running game, and struggles against Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores’ schemes, can the team glean any lessons from this tough loss under coach DeMeco Ryans?

In the audio above, Craig Cohen discusses the Astros and Texans, along with recent talks about the possibility of WNBA and NHL teams returning to Houston, with Houston Press writer and Bleav in Astros podcast host Jeff Balke.
