Maxx Crosby Makes Feelings Clear After Raiders Lose Fifth Straight Game

Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby (98) stretches during pregame warmups before an NFL game against the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium.

The Las Vegas Raiders faced another setback on Sunday, losing to the Cincinnati Bengals 41–24. This defeat marks their fifth consecutive loss, bringing their record to 2–7 for the season, and they are still looking for their first win since September 29.

Following the game, star defensive end Maxx Crosby was straightforward about the team’s ongoing struggles.

“it f––ing sucks to lose five in a row,” Crosby said to reporters, via Tashan Reed of The Athletic.

Crosby continued to be a force on defense, making three tackles, one tackle for loss, one pass deflection, and hitting quarterback Joe Burrow three times. However, despite his contributions, the Raiders allowed a season-high 41 points.

Throughout their five-game losing streak, the Raiders have not kept any opponent under 20 points, averaging 30.8 points allowed per game during this stretch.

Crosby was candid about the team’s recent challenges, and with a bye week approaching in Week 10, they will have a chance to regroup and aim for a win when they return to the field.
