Exciting Update: Alabama Welcomes Promising Recruits for Showdown Against Missouri

The Crimson Tide is set to host Missouri this week for Homecoming, welcoming not only the team but also many top recruits from across the nation.

After a tough loss to rival Tennessee, Alabama aims to rebound with a strong recruiting weekend to leave a positive impression on some of the best prospects for future classes.

Recently, Alabama secured a commitment from 4-star tight end Marshall Pritchett, flipping him from North Carolina. This addition brings the 2025 recruiting class to 21 members and adds a second tight end to complement Kaleb Edwards. Pritchett, measuring 6-foot-5 and 211 pounds, offers a big target with an impressive catch radius, making him a great fit alongside the 6-foot-6, 240-pound Edwards.

The Tide also extended offers to 2026 prospects, including offensive lineman Edward Baker from St. Frances Academy in Maryland and tight end Caled Tafua from Lakewood, California.

In addition, Alabama Men’s Basketball is hosting one of its top 2025 commits this weekend. Amari Allen, a 6-foot-7, 180-pound small forward from Ashwaubenon High School in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is visiting. He is ranked as the No. 2 overall player in Wisconsin and committed to the Crimson Tide in September.
