The New Jersey Devils have announced that they will be bringing two vital players in for professional tryouts. Both players are expected to join the team’s training camp starting on September 18.
Hutchinson, 34, was a third-round draft pick by the Boston Bruins in 2008 and made just one NHL appearance last season with the Detroit Red Wings. Over his 11-year career, he has a record of 57-62-18 with a 2.94 goals-against average and a .902 save percentage, having played for the Winnipeg Jets, Florida Panthers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Colorado Avalanche, Columbus Blue Jackets, and Red Wings. Zboril, 27, was a first-round pick (13th overall) by the Bruins in the 2015 draft and has recorded one goal and 15 assists in 76 career games with Boston since his debut in the 2018-19 season.
