Sanon is currently ranked as the No. 11 prospect and the No. 2 small forward in the 2025 class, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.

The Vermont Academy standout told Jonathan Givony that he plans to finish high school this summer and reclassify to the 2024 class, which features top talents like Cooper Flagg, Ace Bailey, and Dylan Harper.

Sanon recently played a key role in his high school team’s NEPSAC AAA championship victory, a success that influenced his decision to reclassify.

“I set a few goals for this season to determine if I was ready to graduate early,” Sanon explained. “I wanted to win a championship, lead my team, be a primary scorer, and sharpen my defensive skills. I’m physically ready for college, so the next step is to improve my game IQ and build on my current skills.”

Arizona’s 2024 recruiting class also features four-star recruits Carter Bryant (SF), Jamari Phillips (SG), and Emmanuel Stephen (C).

The Wildcats finished the season with a 25-8 record and are entering the NCAA Tournament as a No. 2 seed in the West region, with their first game against No. 15 Long Beach State on Thursday.

While Arizona is “expected to retain much of its young core” for 2024, Givony notes that the program may “likely” lose Pelle Larsson, Keshad Johnson, Ousmar Ballo, and Caleb Love.
